MIHA is governed by its Constitution and Rulebook. Changes can be made to the Constitution and Rulebook every year. All change submissions must be submitted to the Rules Chairperson by December 31st of each year. These changes are voted on each year at the annual Winter Meeting. The Constitution and Rulebook govern all aspects of MIHA including but not limited to: district meets, Regional and State Championship competitions, district meetings, team practices, team meetings, Executive Board meetings, and Board of Directors meetings.
